You Missed A Great Camp
A few of our members attended the LADABC camp last week. If you weren't there you missed a great one. It was an intimate affair but it provided an opportunity for good games and plenty of individual instruction. The tentative dates for the next camp are January 10 - 16, 2016. Hope you'll consider joining us. LADABC Adult Baseball Camp

Dennis McCroskey Passes
We were all saddened to hear the news that our dear friend Dennis McCroskey had passed away. The funeral was last week and DTW and the Camp community was well represented.

Norman Dennis McCroskey of Mendocino died on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, at home of heart disease. Born on Sept. 15, 1947, at Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Pate McCroskey and Imogene Milburn, Dennis grew up in California, attending Cal Poly Pomona where he received his master's degree in structural engineering. He was a structural and civil engineer and architect who loved baseball. Over the years, Dennis attended most fantasy baseball camps and had played the game around the world, including most recently in Cuba.

Designing water towers, schools, administration buildings was his career and In addition to baseball, computers and international travel, spending time along the northern coast of Mendocino and owning an operating his bed and breakfast inn were his passion. He is survived by his brother, Brent.

Rest in peace Dennis. You will be missed.
