From Marc Drucker

As some of you already know, I have owned a Manufacturer's Representative sales agency in the sporting goods industry for many years. During all this time I have never had the pleasure of representing a good baseball equipment line....until now! My agency is now the official rep group for Brett Bros. for California, Nevada and Hawaii. We do not sell to consumers but rather to sporting goods dealers, team dealers, some batting cages, etc. However, the president of Brett Bros. has graciously granted me permission to purchase bats or any of the other fine products in the line at dealer cost and to pass the savings on to the DTW membership. You will now be able to purchase any product in the Brett Bros. line at Dealer Cost plus a small charge for freight. I will make zero profit on these purchases. I am merely doing it to give a little back to the league that has brought me so much pleasure over the years.

Attached is a Price List that shows the Suggested Retail Price as well as the Dealer Cost Price.

The best part of all this is that the Brett bats are awesome! They have fantastic pop and are by far the most durable bats on the market. No other bat company can compare with their durability. They owe this to their patented "Boa" reinforcement wrap applied to the handles of all the bats. It is a process whereby a sleeve runs from the knob to 18 inches up the bat. It is wetted with epoxy and a hardener then pressure wrapped and cured for 4 hours. The release cloth is then removed and it is cured again for 48 hours. Quite a procedure. I'm told that 95% of bats break in the handle area. I don't think even Dan Roman could break one of these babies. I've had a Brett wood bat for 7 years and can't break it even though I've been jammed down on the handle more times than I care to admit.

Some of the other products in the line I would recommend are:

Helmets: They are really great looking and available in Dodger blue with a stylish fade to black. They are one-size fits all and fit great. They're lightweight, very comfortable and are an unreal value.

Batting gloves: "Flexible Fit" with easy stretch Spandex, and ultra light for comfort and feel. Great price.

Pine Tar Pack: This product comes with a bottle of pine tar and even tells the story of the famous George Brett "Pine Tar Incident".

Sunglasses: These are not low quality glasses even though the prices are ridiculously low. From the starting price point of the wrap glasses to the Designer model to the Deluxe model with a Hard Case and 3 sets of lens colors. All the glasses are shatter proof with UV protection.

Fielder's gloves: Oddly enough, the lower end collection (Pro Dominator Series) are the softest and nicest feeling gloves of the 3 groups. Once again, super price.

The Brett Bros. web site is www.brettbros.com.  I encourage you to go there and check out the bats and other goodies. If you are interested in ordering anything or have any questions, contact me at psw4marc@aol.com or call me at the numbers below.
